Who Are We?

We are 2473 (Highlands and Southgate) Squadron ATC. Having being formed in 1968, we moved to Highlands School from Southgate Comprehensive School in October 2010 and we have contributed to the community and surrounding area of Enfield and Southgate. The squadron has achieved this by hosting and helping out at various charity events such as the wings appeal. In addition, we help out at anything from marathons to school fêtes to military memorial services. 2473 have also helped at bag packs and coffee mornings. The Squadron has had tremendous feedback from everyone we have aided.

What We Do

If you are 13-18 and you would like to join, then these are just a few of the activities you can take part in within the Air Cadets and at 2473 Squadron:

• Flying
• Gliding
• Duke of Edinburgh’s award
• Sports
• BTEC awards
• Music
• Adventure Training
• And much, much more!
